To initial a return please login to your customer account here. Locate the order associated with your account or email address used at checkout. Click the order to initiate the return process.
We guarantee to refund unworn or unwashed items when you return it in sellable condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Items can only be returned or exchanged in the country in which they were originally purchased.
Items purchased from other retailers, including department stores, should be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and should be subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
If you made your purchase with a debit or credit card, you will see your refund within 2-5 business days from the processing date, however it could take up to 10 days for your refund to reach your banking institution.
Need to make a change? At this time, we do not offer product exchanges. You may return your product within 30 days using our free returns option for a full credit and re-order your replacement item.
Do I need to pay to return my order?
You are responsible for all shipping charges unless the return is defective.
How can I get a copy of my receipt?
A copy of your online order receipt should be included with your package. It may be found either on the inside or folded behind the shipping label on the exterior of the package. If you've misplaced it and need a new copy, simply send us a request by providing your order number
